Our professional organizing services for businesses involves decluttering and purging while optimizing and reorganizing workspaces. At Joyful Dwelling, we strive to improve productivity and functionality within the office or corporate setting. We help our business clients incorporate systems that are sustainable and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Functional & Efficient
We will partner with you to determine your specific goals while also evaluating the space and identifying areas of need. We will work together to sort through all items and declutter paperwork, files, and other items. We will then develop a plan for organizing the workspace, creating storage systems and filing systems to streamline processes and design workspaces that are highly functional. This includes rearranging the desk and/or room to optimize space and flow (if necessary), placing any product needed for the new system being implemented, and labeling files, drawers, shelving, containers, etc. for easy access and maintenance. We will also help develop strategies to maintain organization and eliminate clutter, resulting in a more functional office, maximizing time, efficiency, productivity, and success.
We work with a variety of projects, space sizes, and budgets. Each project is unique, and our packages are based on many different variables, such as the amount of time needed, the number of organizers required, the scope of the work involved, and if shopping is required.
We provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your project and answer any questions you may have. During this call we will determine if an in-office consultation is necessary.
*For all in-office consultations, a $100 fee will be charged. This will be applied to any package purchased within 7 days from the date of your consultation.
